  • Replace 'This is the footnote text' with the footnote you wish to add, using the format: first name, surname, title, (place of publication, date of publication), page or folio number
  • Save the page

Transcription

onboard the said shipp for the Account
of these rendents and other men to
bee transported to this porte of
London and that the said shippe
after shee had receaved the same
onboard her did departe and set
saile therewith for England and in
her course hither was soe leakye and
insufficient as that a great quantity
of these rendents goods and the rest
which were for the Account of other
men were spoiled soe as they would
not pay these rendents theire
freight for the same by all which pre
mises these rendents beleeve they
are damnified to the summe of 1000 li att
least as these rendents beleeve and
these rendents doe further beleeve that
the foresaid goods were delivered all
out of the foresaid shipp in this porte
of London upon or about the 6th of
June 1650 arlate ut credunt and not
