To the 4th Article of the said pretended
Allegation hee answereth and beleeveth
That in the yeare 1647 and the monethes
thereof and on the first day of January
1647 arlate and before and unto the
time of the death of the arlate Thomas
Mullenix which happened in some parte
of the yeare 1648 as this Rendent
beleeveth hee the said Thomas Mulle
nix was as this Rendent beleeveth
owner and was in possession of one
sixteenth parte of the said shippe
and of her Tackle and furniture
And otherwise saveinge his former
Answers hee doeth not beleeve the said
Article to bee true in any parte thereof
