Parris and hohnewood against
the good will and likeing of the said
Atkinson the Master of her left her
and went away from her but att
what time the said shipp arrived and
came to the Barbadoes and alsoe at
what time the said Parris and hohne
wood did desert the said shipp these
Rendents knowe not nor knowe what to
beleeve concerneing the same in re=
gard they have heard noethinge of the
said time And otherwise for theire parts
they nor any of them doe not beleeve
the said position to bee true in any parte
thereof./
To the 5th pretensed position they and every
of them answer that for theire parts they
doe not beleeve the said position to be
true in any parte thereof Saveing these

or some or one of them have or hath a booke of
Accounts wherein it is entred downe
what sugars or other goods divers of the
marriners of the said shipp did receave
