to have donne this Rendent and the said
Andrewes have suffered losse and dam
madge to the value of 500 li ut credit which
had bin prevented ut credit in case the
Mathewe had come in due time as shee
should anfd might have donnne in case the
said Griggs had used what care and
dilligence hee ought to have donne
And this Rendent beleeveth that att last
after such time as this Rendents and
the said Andrewes his goods were laden
or in ladeing into the foresaid other shippe,
the Mathewe then came and arrived
into Nantes where this Rendents factor
in regard all the wines were either
laden or ladeing onboard the other shipp
would have laden onboard the said shipp
the Mathewe her ladeing of salt for this
Rendents and the said Andrewes his
Account which the said Priggs refused
to take in ut credit and would not take in
any other ladeing but wines and there
lay and staid upon his owne Wilfulnes
and negligence a great while ut credit
before such time as hee would receave
in any salte and at last this Rendent
beleeveth that his this Rendents and
the said Andrewes factor did lade
and put onboard the arlate shippe the
