doeth alsoe beleeve that the said Regamor
ter had not seene the Saint Anthonye
by the space of foure dayes next before
her seizure by the said Captaine
Brandlinge And otherwise for his parte
hee doeth not beleeve the said pretensed
position to bee true in any parte thereof
To the ninth pretensed position hee an
swereth and referreth himselfe to
his former Answers and further
beleeveth that at such time as the said
Brandlinge mett with and surprized
the Saint Anthony arlate the Browne
fish mentioned in the proceedings
of this cause nor the said Regmor
ter were not within sight of her
nor within [BLANK IN MANUSCRIPT] leagues of her
nor had bin in Company of her
by the space of foure daies next
before the said Brandlinge seized
on her as aforesaid And otherwise
for his parte hee doeth not beleeve the
said position to bee true in any parte
