Transcription

ship after the rate of fower pounds [?twoe]
shillings and size pence per Tonne for
one hundred and sixty Tonns of the said
ship, or soe many more Tonns as the
said ship could conveniently carry
and stowe in her, and alsoe Primage and
average and [BLANK IN MANUSCRIPT] accustomed
and two third parts of all port charges
expended in the said voyage and otherwise
hee doth not beleeve the said position
to be true in any part.

To the third hee answereth that hee
doth beleeve the same to be trewe./

To the fourth hee answereth that hee this
rendent did receave and take on board
his said ship in this Port of London
before her departure from hence uppon
the said voyage to ffaroe aforesaid certaine
goods wares and merchandizes and all
such goods as the said Couchman and [?XXX]
or either of them did or would put on
bord the said ship, and did Carry
the same to ffaroe in Portugall and there
make safe deliverye thereof to Mr
George Busfeild who was the factor
of and for the said Couchman and [?Janney]
for the said voyage, and the said
affreightment beinge the [?XXXX] [?contra]
of the said Couchman and Janney
