be true in any parte thereof
To the nineth pretensed position hee answe
reth and beleeveth that the Twelve
cheeses mentioned in the said Article
were worth three shillings per cheese
and noe more as hee beleeveth three
whereof were eaten in the said shipp
after the voyage ended whilst the
said shipp lay frozen upp in the River
by those that were to looke to her and
the other nine were delivered to the
said Bonnell or his Assigne And other
wise saveing hiis former Answers which
