The personall Answers of Richard
hennaker made to the pretended
positions of a Libell given against
him on the behalfe of Paul
Bonnell merchant as followeth

To the first hee answereth and beleeveth
that for the severall monethes in the
said yeare 1650 arlate or divers if
them the said Paul Bonnell was
owner of Thirteene sixteene parts of
the said shippe and for the rest of the
time hee was owner of Twelve
sixteene parts of the said shippe and of her
Tackle Apparrell and furniture And for
and as such hee was Commonly Ac
counted and reputed

To the second third and fourth hee answe=
reth that hee beleeveth the same to bee true

To the 5th hee answereth that hee this
Respondent was for and dureing the
time arlate Master of the said shippe
and had the care and government
thereof committed to his charge
and did receive some parte of the freight
for the said voyage and might have re=
ceaved more as hee beleeveth but that
the said Mr Bonnell did forbidd the
freighters to pay their freight to him
this Responden as hee beleeveth
To the sixth hee answereth and beleeveth
that the said shipp was let by charter
party the said voyadge to severall persons
