said Tyger friggatt, where this deponent left them, and came
along in the said Prize Vessell into the River of Thames
under the Conduct of Jonas denny his precontest. And
further cannot depose/

To the second and third Interrogatories hee saith, the said
Vessell at the said time of her seizure was full laden with
ffrench apples laden at Tuckett and bound for deepe for
the accompt of ffrenchmen as the Master and Company of the
said Vessell confessed, and saith the said ladeing is in a
perishing condition, and that the said Vessell at the time of
her seizure had no Gunns Ordnance or Artillery aboard
her, nor any provisions save about 2. loaves of bread
