any manner of interest in the same or any part thereof, And verily beleeveth
the shipp the Saint John Evangelist interrate was at the time of her seizure
directly bound for Ostend or Dunquirke, and there to make her full discharge
And further cannot depose.

To the 12th and 13th hee saith, That the producent by the contents of his severall
letters of advise sent to his respective factors aforesaid, (which letters this deponent presented and copied,
sufficiously acquainted this deponent that hee thereby gave order to his said ffactors to
lade silver and moneys for him aboard all such free shipps as came from Cadiz to
fflander And otherwise cannot depose.

To the 14th hee saith That in the moneth of ffebruary and March 1652 last past the producent
by the said John de Vos in his said shipp the Saint John Evangelist, and by [?]
Wessels a shipper of Ostend in March 1652 sent from Ostend in fflander to his said ffactors in
Spaine Rissels stuffes, and fflander laces to the valew of about 4000 lt flemmish
being 24000 [?gildXX] which the said ffactors received accordingly, and with part of the
proceed thereof provided the moneys now Claymed, as by their letters of advise
[?] by them to the producent this deponent hath well observed.

To the 15th hee referreth to his foregoing deposition. And otherwise negatively and
cannot further depose.

To the 16th hee saith hee is an Antwerper borne and inhabitant there and a domestique servant to the said producent, And otherwise negatively.

To the 17th hee cannot depose otherwise then hee hath predeposed.

To the 18th hee saith there is no insurance made upon the moneys and silver now Claymed
or any part thereof.

To the 19th negatively and further cannot depose.

To the 20th hee referreth himselfe to his foregoing deposition. And otherwise cannot
depose.

To the 21th hee saith That the bills of lading interrate were sent from Antwerp
by the ordinary parkett or poast to John Rishoult and Companie Merchants
in London. And otherwise cannot depose.

To the 22. and 23th hee cannot depose not being at Cadiz the voyage in question.

To the 24. and 25th hee saith hee hath often heard amongst Merchants
That the transport of silver or monies out of Spaine is prohibited by his
Catholique Majestie. And further cannot depose, having never beene in
Spaine, and not knowing the Lawes of that Nation.
