Then the Judges with the consent of the said Harris<br />
and alsoe of the said Mr Suckley did demurr<br />
etcetera assigne this cause to sentence upon wednesday<br />
next in this place in the afternoone and<br />
monished the proctors on both sides to bee then<br />

Edward Bushell and acknowledged that<br />
this cause is agreed and consented that<br />
the securitie entred in this Court on the<br />
behalfe of the said Barnard bee discharged<br />
And thereupon the Judges did decree the<br />
Recognizance entred into in this Court on the behalfe<br />
of the said Barnard to bee released and discharged<br />
And did release cancell discharge and lake void<br />

same Pipes of Wines in this cause<br />
controverted and consented that the same bee<br />
delivered to the said Travers upon his acknowled=<br />
ginge the receipt thereof which said summe<br />
of nineteene pounds thirteene shillings and foure<br />
pence hee the said Travers presently after<br />
receaved and acknowledged the receipt thereof in<br />
full for the Customes of the said Tenne Pipes<br />
of Wynes./.

desired this cause to bee<br />
againe assigned to sentence in<br />
the presence of the said Budd<br />
dissentinge and givinge an allegation<br />
in writinge which hee desired to<br />
bee admitted the said Clements dissentinge etcetera<br />
Whereupon the Judges assigned to heare their order<br />
upon the admission of the said allegation upon this<br />
daye sennight and in case the same bee not to<br />
bee admitted to heare sentence the same time at<br />
the petition of Clements./.
