Allegation given against<br />
them on the behalfe of<br />
douglas Burton doe follow.
To the first pretensed position they and<br />
either of them answer and referre<br />
themselves to theire former Answers<br />
made to a former Allegation given in this<br />
Cause against them which they beleeve<br />
to bee true And otherwise for theire<br />
parts they nor either of them doe not<br />
beleeve the said position to bee true<br />
in any parte thereof/.
To the second pretensed position they and<br />
either of them answer and beleeve that<br />
after the death of the said Burton<br />
(in regard the said shipp the ''Increase''<br />
was abroad at Sea and in places<br />
where noe Chirurgeons were to bee<br />
gott there was noe Chirurgeon du=<br />
reing all the rest of the said voyadge<br />
And otherwise for theire parts they nor<br />
either of them doe not beleeve the<br />
