3. true, becourse hee this deponent hath from time to time seene
4. letters of ˹such˺ correspondance betweene them, and on the behalfe of the
5. said mr Robinson hath made entrie thereof in his coppy booke.

7. To the second article hee saith and deposeth that in or about
8. the moneth of October last past the said George Robinson wrote
9. and sent over to the said Rorus Parvés to Rotterdam desiring and

25. To the third article hee saith that according to the said Parve
26. hired and freighted at Rotterdam for Saint Lucars a certaine holland

29. cargo of oranges and lemmons of and from this correspondent
30. named Gilbert Melsoe ˹(to be brought into at Downes,) and˺ to when hee wrote ˹to the said Melsoe˺ to lade the same
31. to be brought into the Downes and attend the said producents order
32. as by his letters sent to mr Robinson in answer of those received
33. from him this deponent hath seene, the contents of which letters
34. hee verily beleeveth to be reall and true. And otherwise referring
35. himself to the said letters answered to the allegation, hee cannot depose.
36. To the fourth hee saith that the said Melsoe upon the said
37. shipps comming to Saint Lucars provided and laded a cargo of oranges
38. lemmons and corke upon her, according to order received by had
39. from the said Parvé, and thereof by letters advised the said mr
40. Robinson and sent XX him which hee knoweth having seene the
41. Invoice of the said lading under the said Melso's hand, and
42. otherwise he cannot depose.
43. To the fifth hee saith that after such freighting and sending
44. the said shipp the Arimes of Brill from Rotterdam to Saint Luranrs
45. hee ˹the said Parvé˺ letters ˹two˺ bills of lading exchange (one of 250li sterling and the
46. other of 500 li sterling) upon the said mr Robinson for payment
47. of or towards the said oranges, lemmons and corke ˹and freight˺ which the said
