Cloppenburgh is Master) then lyeing at or neare Cadiz in Spaine
his[?] the producent proper accompt and Risiro[?] foure small barrs of silver made up in
[?], weighing together one hundred ninety seaven markes three ounces
[FIRST MARKE LH] and a half of the first marke and numbers in the margent, Three barres of
Silver of the second marke of[?] numbers in the margent, and two barrs of silver of the third
marke and numbers in the margent, And saite) That within the moneths predeposed
the said producent in like manner laded or caused to be laden aboared the shipp the
Sampson arlate; whereof Otto George[nt?] Master, three barrs of silver of the
[SECOND MARKE LH] fourth marke and number in the margent, two barrs of silver of the 5th marke
and number in the margent, two peeces of silver couvered[?] with [?] of the
[THIRD MARKE LH] 6th marke in the margent weighing together sixty two markes, and one [?]
bagg of the 7th marke in the markent sealed containing foure hundred
Spanish Matts[?], And hee did also in or about the time audat[?] the
[FOURTH MARKE LH] plate aforesaid lade or cause to bee laden on board the shipp the Saint George
arlate, whereof John Martin is Master, foure litle[?] barrs of silver

ounces and a half of the eight marke and number in the margent, two baggs
[FIRTH MARKE LH] of silver of the 9th marke and number and one little bagg with one thousand
peeces of eight Peru money of the 10th marke in the margent, all to be
transported and carried in the said Shipp to Ostend in fflanders and there
[SIXTH MARKE LH] to be delivered to the said producent or his afsigned[?] for his use and
[SEVENTH MARKE LH] accompt, The promifses[?] hee knoweth, being Cashier[?] and booke keeper to the
[EIGHTH MARKE LH] said producent, and by that meanes particularly arquainted with his whole
negotiation, and the sending of the goods predeposed into Spaine, and the [?]
Ties of advice sout between the said producent and his said ffactor[?] coulorizing[?]
the receipt and disposall of the said goods, and the returned ordered by the said
producent to be made, and a [?] actually performed in the procedeing
[NINTH MARKE LH] and sending to the bullion and Coyne predepoded for which the said
producent before the seizure of the said shipps and their respective ladeing
[TENTH MARKE LH] received letters of advise, and bills of ladeing enclosed from his respective
factors which said letters and bills of lading this deponent read and [?]
perused[?], and entred[?] the sevrall parcells of silver plate and coyne predeposed and
the said producents booke of accompte according to the purpose marke and
numbers predeposed found in the said bills of lading respectively, And said
That after the receipt of the said letters of advise and bills of ladeing and
before and newes[?] at Antwerp of the seizure of the said shipps, the said
producent sent a [?] (which this deponent then Registered) to one Mister Rishoult[?]
