of Middlesex Mariner, aged 46 yeares or thereabouts
sworne the day above said befre the right worshipfull
John Exton Doctor of lawes, one of the Judges
of the high Court of the Admiraltie and
examined upon Interrogatories ministred on the
behalfe of the said Patrick Smarte sait as
