Thomas Windall arlate the husband
of the arlate Eleanor Windall was
owner of 3/12 parts of the articulate
shipp the hare And otherwise for
his parte hee doeth not beleeve this
position to bee true in any parte thereof
To the second and third positions hee
answereth and accepteth of the same
soe farre forth as it maketh for him
and not otherwise and beleeveth that
within the time arlate there were taken
into the said shipp at dublin arlate
being then in the power of those forces
that bore Armes against the Parliament
of England divers passingers to bee
brought from thence into England
or Wales there being at that time an
