pretended seizure of the said shipp the
Saint Anthony and her ladeinge by he
said Captaine Brandling there were
onboard the said shipp five Portugises
and noe more ut credit which were
in her as prisoners under the dutch
men which were in possession of her
for the said Regemorter which said
Portugises hee beleeveth sailed in the
said shipp from Portugall to the time
of her takeing by Captaine Regemor
ter and alsoe by the said Captaine
Brandlinge And otherwise for his
parte hee doeth not beleeve the said
position to bee true in any parte thereof
