Transcription

Company having possession of her did [weoly?] [unpade?] the said [GUTTER]
in the [roade] of Marsellit, and hee deponent being
then lieutenant of the Kent and goeing in her [then], to [GUTTER]
went onboard the said prize about [twin], and [?]
her [?unloading], and sawe part of her [?] carried
onboard the said ffairfae frigot, and found onboard
the little [?] then [ry?ing] there, and some out[GUTTER]
and saith that about three weekes or amoneth after the
ffairfae ffrigot did neere Ligorne Road [lake?] a ship
called the Warrio. his deposeth being then in the ffairfaXX
and see [some?] as shee was seized the said winter [GUTTER?]
onboard her, and [lookee?] severall of the ffairfae
ffrigott Company with him, and saith that soone after
there were severall goods brought onboard the ffairfaX
at [Bales?] of [Cloats?], some [cheste?] of Judigo, [?]
and [?] of [Cappir?] ; and some goods as hee was [informed]
[w?] carried on [Xare] Captain Jourdains ship, and saith
that these were severall Spaniards onboard the said
ship Warrio [?] did [coursesse?] her goods to belong
