culate was and remained in Carlisle
Bay arlate

To the 4th pretensed position hee answereth
and beleeveth that after the death
of the arlate Robert Page and after
the arlate shipp the
Jonathan and Abigall had taken in
all her ladeing and was ready to
set saile from the Barbadoes towards
London and not before this Rendent
was put in and constituted by the
factors of the freightors to bee Master
of her and tooke upon him the care
charge and government of the said shipp
to saile and bring her home for
England and noe otherwise and for
the rest of the said position hee refer
