Xxr I Richard Holworthie marchant one of the Aldermen of ye Citty of Bristoll being sick in bodie but ofsound & pfect memorie (thankes be given to allmightiegod therefore) doo make & ordaine this my last will & testament in manner & forme following (that is to say) ffirst & principally

Note that Edward Ash was one of the commissioners for Wiltshire named in the same ordinance, and that Sir Basil Dixwell and Sir George Sands were named for Kent.
