Hynmors is allso to examined, but where he is now, or how he will be examined I know not, lett them looke to y:t he was in England since this case began, & lately might have been examined whilst he was here if they had pleased as wee made it appeare to the Court & then they stood upon yo:w as a materiall Witness, I have no more to add but that all relations & friends are well except Aunt Dalyson at London & we hope she will amend, my Service speake to M:r Goodier<ref>John Goodyear (alias Goodyer(e), Goodier) was in Surat with Sir George Oxenden</ref> & all relations & acquaintance I am |
