1. To the tenth hee hath not soe deposed, referring himselfe to his
2. foregoing deposition, and otherwise hee cannot answer.

6. To the first hee saith hee hath known the said shipp Saint Julian
7. ever since her building which was begun about three yeeres since
8. and saith hee was of her company and came first aboard to serve
9. in her about a fortnight before her setting saile and departing from
10. ........ ˹Bourdeaux˺ which was about .................................................... tenn weekes since, and was
11. hired at Bourdeaux, whether the said vessell came from Brest, and
12. that Albert Mu Meler was then master of her, and otherwise
13. hee referreth himselfe to his foregoing deposition.
14. To the second hee cannot answer saving as aforesaid.
15. To the third hee knoweth not the name of the merchant that
16. laded the goods nor for whose account they were, and otherwise
17. negatively saving as aforesaid.
18. To the foureth hee saith hee hath alwaies dwelt and dwelleth at
19. Cameret, and that hee did not knowe the shipp Saint Michall
20. or Captaine Smith interrogate, or ought concerning the same. And
21. otherwise hee cannot answer.
22. To the 5.6. and 7 hee cannot answer saving as aforesaid.

33. Saint Julian, and came first aboard her (to serve in this voyage)
34. about three tenn weekes since, and such his comming aboard was at
35. Bourdeaux, whether shee came from Brest ......................... and
36. went thence to Arcasson to take in her ladeing for London, and saith
37. that Albert Meler was her master, and otherwise referreth
38. himselfe to his foregoing deposition.
39. To the second hee saith that this is the said shipps first voyage
40. as aforesaid, and otherwise hee cannot answer saving as aforesaid.
41. To the third hee saith hee hath noe share in the said shipp, and
42. saith that Master le Court (as hee taketh his name to be) laded the
43. said goodes at Arcasson for London, and otherwise hee cannot
44. answer saving as aforesaid.

46. Moulin aforesaid, and knew a man of warr of Brest named the
47. Saint Michall, whereof one Captaine Smith was commaunder, and that

49. gonne for Saint Sebastians about foure monethes since from Brest.
