11 or 12 men and boyes on board the dove the voyage interrogat. But
what day of the moneth, or certainely what moneth the dove arrived att Newcastle this deponent who
never keepeth any Journall for himselfe knoweth not, and further to this
Interrogatory hee cannot depose

To the second Interrogatory this deponent saith and deposeth that the first
tyme that the rottenesse of the Bowe of the shipp dove was espied
was by the Carpenters who searched for her leakes att Newcastle
the voyage in question, and referringe himselfe to his foregeing
deposition hee cannot further depose:/

To the third interrogatory hee saith hee is a stranger to the names of
places and doth not know Winterton interrogaye, and therefor cannot
say whether the shipp dove were there or noe the voyage in
question. And to the rest of the interrogatory hee answereth
negatively.

To the fifth interrogatory hee answereth negatively./

To the 6th interrogatory hee answereth and saith that hee was paid
his wages interrogate within three or 4 dayes after the end of the
voyage interrogate. and otherwise hee cannot answer./

or man of warr whereof the arlate Leonard Barnett was Captaine, lay
at an anchor neare to the maine land of france att an Island called Briack
or Ilbracke, and there lay fast with two Roapes fastened to certaine Rocks of
the said Island. Which the premisses hee well knoweth being Master of her
aboard the said shipp Saint Peter before and at the seizure aforesaid. And further
