afterwards disposed att Greenland (as this deponent credibly
heard and beleiveth) in a [?small] vessell which afterwards was as
he hath heard cast away. And further not knoweing what benefit the sayd
Pibus made by the sayd anchor and Junke he cannot depose.

To the seventh article of the sayd allegation hee saith he cannot depose
further than as aforesaid.

To the Crosse Interrogatories. [CENTRE HEADING]

To the first Interrogatorie he saith he was asters mate of and in the Martha
when shee mett with the said Dutch vessell and otherwise negatively.

To the 2d he saith that the Martha did shoot about three shotts
towards but not att or against the sayd dutch built vessell which
he sayeth did not shoot att or against the Martha at all, And saith
the goods taken out of the sayd Dutch vessell were some rolls of
Tobacco some Parralls and some Indico, the quantityes he
remembreth not. and the giids delivered out of the Martha into
the sayd Dutch vesssell were bread beere fish porke and beefe
the certayne quantity he remembreth not; And saith the Master
of the sayd Dutch vessekk was very glad with and well satisfyed
with the sayd exchange. And further he cannot depose.
