Antonio Ala Rosa of Sevill in the Kingdome
of Spayne Mariner. aged two and thirty
yeares or thereabouts, a witnesse sworne
and examined, deposeth and saith as
followeth.

To the first article of the sayd allegation he deposeth and saith that
the arlate Lewis ffernandez Angell, whom this deponent hath known
for these fifteen years and upwards, in the tyme arlate
and before [videlicet} in the monethes of Juyly August September October
and November 1652. and att this [present] was and is the true and
Lawfull Owner of the thirteene barrs of Sylver arlate, [marked]
