Biographical synthesis
Edward Dangerfeild (b. ca, 1598; d. ?). Waterman.
Resident in 1655 in the parish of Allhallows Barking in London.
Evidence from High Court of Admiralty
Fifty-six year old Edward Dangerfeild deposed on February 13th 1655 in the High Court of Admiralty. He was examined on a libel and stated that he had received three packs or bales of goods at the London custom house in October 1651, which he was to carry to the ship the Queene Hester (Master: Adrian Gallison). The goods belonged to the London merchant Mr. Jonathan Prickman.[1]
