To the Interrogatoryes:/ [CENTRE HEADING]
To first hee saith that hee is neither of kin, servant or Indebted<br />
to the said Edmund Lemmon. And saith hee neither belong[?eth GUTTER]<br />
to the ''Virgin Mary'' nor he man of Warr when the ''Virgin<br />
Mary'' was seized./.
To the second hee saith hee cometh to Testify herein at the request<br />
of the said Lemmon, and saith that the said Lemon hath not [?paid GUTTER]<br />
him any thing for the same, but hath now and then made him<br />
eate and drinke when hee hath come hither about this busines<br />
And saith hee hath knowne mr Desborowe, for about foure or<br />
five yeares last,/.
To the 3d and 4th hee saith that none of the Lading of the<br />
said ship came to the hands of this Deponent for his owne use<br />
saving now and then a small quantity of Tobaccoe which the<br />
said mr Desborowe or some or one of the said Commissioners gave<br />
him to Drinke (sic), And saith that the said Lemon did not<br />

away for his owne use, And saith that this Deponent never<br />
sawe the said Lemon in the said ships hold, without one<br />
or more of the said Commisioners with him./.

the ''Golden Starre'', aged 37 yeeres or thereabouts<br />
sworne and Examined.
To the first article of the said Allegation hee saith and deposeth<br />
that for and during all the Moneths arlate and for two yeeres before and [XXX GUTTER] the arlate<br />
Seager Corsellis, and one Daniel Wibrants an Alderman<br />
of Dublin, were the true and lawfull owners and<br />
Proprietors of the ship the ''Golden Starr'' arlate (whereof<br />
this Deponent for all the foresaid time was Master) and of her tackle Apparrell<br />
furniture and Rigging, namely the said Corsellis Owner<br />
of two thirds thereof, and the said Wibrants owner of<br />
the other third, which hee knoweth for the said Wibrants<br />
and Corsellis made this Deponent master of her to whom<br />
this Deponent from time to time gave account of the said<br />
ships ffreight and earnings. And further saith that in<br />
or about August last this Deponent (at Cadiz) lett the said ship to<br />
ffreight by Charterparty, to One Mr Anthony [?Jepton]<br />
