in the presence of the said Sumner the said Dowglas and this<br />
deponent and saith the same was soe done on or about the day of the<br />

soe Signed Sealed, and delivered the said bill,/
To the 8.th hee saith it will be neither benefit nor prejudice to<br />
him whether mr Sumner recovers part of the ffrigot Interrate<br />
or not neither hath hee Part therein./.

To the 10.th, it concerneth him not./
