worketh in a lighter of his owne, and in noe other, and to the rest<br />
of the Interrogatorie hee answereth negatively for his part And further cannot answere
To the second Interrogatorie hee answereth negatively for his part, and<br />
verily beleeveth and is perswaded in his conscience that noe lowe<br />
water man nor ballast man nor labourer that worketh in such lighters<br />
nor any but the producent Pryor doth beare any part of the charge<br />
of this suite. And further hee cannot answere./.
