To the 23th he saith that the sayd moneyes ad plate were brought from Limma<br />
aforesayd to Panama aboard the Admirall of the South Seas Don [?Martin]<br />
Saint Malvides, and was embarqued againe att Portovela in the sayd<br />
Indies aboard Vice Admirall Don Pablo da Contrevas and in his shipp<br />
brought to Cadiz aforesayd this deponent comeing aboard the sayd<br />
respective shipps together with the sayd plate and money in Company <br />
of the producent and his precontest John de Losa Barona. And further<br />
he cannot depose.
