but after the fight was over, and that the sayd Santillana and Baldus<br />
were neither of them aboard eyther of the sayd shipps the tyme aforesayd.

Saint Malloes in Company with the ''three Kings'' and ''Saint John'' and were<br />
in Company of them when the ''Saphire frigot'' fought, but as for<br />

did for a shew shoot three or 4 gunnes, but att random and arr<br />
off from the ''Saphire frigot'', and did not fight att all nore wore the ffrench<br />
Colours but the Hamburgh Colours onely. And otherwise cannot depose
