Ad 7um. 8um. 8um. et 10um arles dicti Libelli deponit et dicit that<br />
hee this deponent together with his precontest Thomas<br />
Awre, and his contest Henry Bennet being Att Ostend<br />
were in or about the Moneth of November last past hired<br />
by the arlate Peter de Keazer to serve abord the<br />
shippe the ''Saint Peeter'' arlate tupon a voyage to bee made<br />
therewith from thence to Cadiz in Spaine and soe for<br />
this Port of London. And saith that the arlate<br />
Mr Lewey Mr Cole and Mr Kirroke and Companie, all Inhabitants of<br />
Oastend were as hee beleeveth the true and lawfull Owners and Proprietors<br />
of the said ship and of her Tackle apparell and furniture<br />
and allsoe of such goods as were on board her att the<br />
tyme of the Arrest thereof made in this cause on the<br />
behalfe of the arlate Drayton Southwood and Companie<br />
and for such were and are comonly accompted reputed<br />
and taken. Et ultemis deponit that the said Mr Lewey<br />
Mr Cole and Mr Kirrocke did imploy and sett<br />
out the said ship the ''Saint Peeter'' upon her last voyage aforesaid<br />
from Ostend to Cadiz and did cause to be Laden abord her<br />
diverse Bales of Linnen cloth and other goods and by theire<br />
appointment did sett saile therewith for Cadiz and there<br />
safely arrived and delivered the same, which done, this deponent<br />
saith the said ship the ''Saint Peeter'' was there againe laden<br />
woth a Cargazoone of wines, fruite, and other Comodities fr<br />
the Accompt of the said Owners and Companie and<br />
with the same did sett saile and depart from thence<br />
about six weekes after theire comeing thither intending<br />
to come for the Downes and there to stay till they should<br />
receave further Advice from the said Mr Cole and the rest of<br />
the parties arlate, And saith as they were soe comeing<br />
