eighty three pipes of wine and in re=<br />
gard the said Roger Kilvert delayeth to<br />
pay the said freight and refuseth to<br />
deliver the said bill of ladeing into him<br />
Appearer And hee appearer declareth<br />
that att present Two severall merchants<br />
are ready to freight his said shippe<br />
from hence to Norway and from thence<br />
to Spaine and from thence for ffrance<br />
and that for want of the said freight hee<br />
Appearer shall bee forced to take upp<br />
money upon Bottomry to defray his<br />
charges and other necessaries<br />
here and elsewhere Therefore soe it is<br />
that hee the said Christian Peeterson<br />
hath declared to protest even as hee doeth<br />
protest by these presents against the said<br />
Roger Kilvert and Alexander Barron<br />
for want of payment of the freight nowe<br />
due to the said shippmaster and for the<br />
said Roger Kilverts not deliveryng unto<br />

all costs losses imprionments dammadges<br />
interests insurances and dangers of the sea<br />
by reason hereof already suffered and sus<br />

sustained for to recover all the same<br />
of the said Alexander Barron and<br />
whomesoever else it shall appertanie<br />
or of theire goods in time and place<br />
