this Rendent unles shee returned in [?XX]<br />
thither, and that therefore hee would not<br />
consent to the payment of any money<br />
for freight but upon and after her returne<br />
but the said ffishman urgeing that his<br />
wife might have occasion for money in<br />
his absence this Rendent to supply her<br />
did consent thereunto soe it exceeded not fifty poundes And<br />
thereupon the Charter party arlate was<br />
agreed upon and the same that is exhi=<br />
bited was and is the originall charter<br />
party and was and is signed and sealed<br />
with the proper hand of this Rendent and<br />
hee referreth himselfe thereunto And<br />
hee beleeveth that in and by the said charter<br />
party hee this Rendent standeth lyeable<br />
to have paid the freight of the said shipp<br />
if shee had returned in safety to this<br />

consent and agreement of both parties<br />

beleeveth the same to bee true saveing<br />
that hee doeth not beleeve that the said<br />
