3. about three yeares past and by that meanes well knoweth
4. most of the Owners of her, And further he cannot depose./
5. To the second article he cannot depose saving that he this
6. deponente did hear the arlate William Greene the producent
7. say (after the sayd shipp had taken in her lading at Porto=
8. Port) that if he had knowne that ffisher (meaning William
9. ffisher the party in this cause as this deponent verily beleeveth)
10. had had any thing to doe in, or with any goods he had on
11. board, he would not have taken them in, for that
12. he the producent had found him the sayd ffisher very
13. troublesome concerning some goods, that he the producent
14. had formerly brought home, which belonged to the sayd
15. ffisher And further he cannot depose./
16. To the third article he deposeth and saith that he this
17. deponent doth not knowe nor hath heard that any goods
18. or the goods of any man aboard the said shipp ˹were˺
19. imbezeld or damaged, or had or did receive any damage
20. or imbezelement, but that they were all aswell the goods
21. of the arlate ffisher as any other merchant or person
22. were dischardged out of the sayd shipp in as good order and
23. condition as they were received into the sayd shipp, And
24. he further saith that of his certaine knowledge other
25. men (to whom goods brought home the voyage allegate were
26. consigned) have received their sayd goods with content
27. and complaine not all at all of any damage their goods
28. received, and that he doth not knowe nor ever heard that any
