3. shee went to Rochell, and thense to Southampton, thense againe to Rochell GUTTER
4. thense to Curland, thense to London, thense to Norway, thense to

6. comming for London, and not meaning to goe to Ostend nor steering

or thereabouts, sworne and exámined
15. The the first hee saith hee hath bin belonging to the said shipp the
16. Saint John Baptist about five monethes last, and saith shee is commonly
17. accounted to belonge to this port, and that the master alwaies said soe GUTTER
18. but who are her owners hee knoweth not.
19. To the second hee saith shee tooke in her present lading of clapboards GUTTER
20. and other wood at Riga about five weekes since, and at the time GUTTER
21. report was aboard, shee was bound and intended for this port to
22. discharge, but they were to say they were bound for Rochell, whXXX GUTTER
23. to avoide Ostenders, and this deponent was shipped for Rochell
24. and saith hee hath not said nor heard the master or any of the company
25. say that shee was bound for Ostend or any other port in fflanders
26. or intended to goe thither. And otherwise hee cannot depose.
27. To the third hee saith they were f twelve men and a board when they
28. were met by the English, whereof three were English men, and none
29. of them fflandrians or subiects of the king of Spaine.
30. To the fourth hee saith the said shipp XXXX being at Rochell about
31. five monethes since, this deponent was taken on for one of her
32. company, and thense went in her for Riga, and from Riga went
33. XXXX comming in her upon her present voyage, and saith they were
34. farr past the course for Ostend when they were met with and
35. brought up, being met with betwixt Callise and Goodwin sands
