Some depons of ?, and particularly one Captain Lorder and ? the said
Captain Stanton ? that? Very ? have sett to sail in case there had
Just been some rondant and ? between him and his shipps company
And further he rondant deposeth :/

To the 14th: hee refereth himself to his prerondant upon :/
To the 15th hee sayeth that hee this deponent being a wine ? by ?
And particularly employed by the said *Company name* and goes to the Isle of
Wight for and about the  ??. and prosecution of the wine ?savings?
And brought up this there in the shipps predeposed, well knoweth and we the very
Apart ?, that there were of the said shipps about 600. ?tubes? of ??
Wine, which the said Me. Robert Firth did depose might be sold there at the
Cowes, at some part of them ward, and the rondant whoo brought about in this
Sort of London, but ther said Captains Stanton and ?? being ?
And unwilling, thousand wines remained there indisposed of for unlawfull ? ??
And were not ? of London till about the month of July 1652
In which time there were very nearly perished and wasted of this deposeth
Sight and observation, who was as being employed as aforesaid wine  ??
To gather them aboard the ship who?? They and being the soudling
And sayeth hee beleiveth and is in con…? Rondand according to his
Predisposed decliration and employment: both in ?? as a wine cooper
And in particular as in the Dause in ?? , that the said Robert
Firth and consorts have really suffered and sustained the damage of
1500 sterling or thereabouts where they might have fairely and justly
Gained in ? thousand wines had round to a ? ?, as by the
Said Roberth Firth was ??. The intereds had declareth upon the *GUTTER*
Predesposed, and further rondant depose :/
To the 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20th he deposeth not by deposition of the predisposed
To the 21st: hee sayeth that hee this depon: ? ? and sayd and observed
That the said Robert Firth had for all the ? of this deon was by him
Employed as aforesaid, ran fully and ? ? virtually for the sayd
Shipps ?, but how must the said/same ??  ?? this deponent: sayeth
Hee ?? declareth noth being ?? in the particulars of the sayd deponseth
To the 22nd hee sayeth, that hee resoluth, that if they and Captain Stanton
Had within the time predisposed let out to sea with the sayd ship desposeth
Hee might in all probability have nott ? and taken home ??
?Voyage?. And further cannot depose.
To the rondant is not ?? say the ?? of the product

To the first hee answoreth and sayeth, that the order given by the said Robert Firth by
Word of mouth as predisposed was soo given by said Captain Stanton at
Mr. Nailors house as the ?? in won courts in the Isle of Wight
Where the said Robert Firth, Captain Stanton and the deposed lay and
?? together, and others so saything this forgoing
Depon now hee sayeth hee r?? deposeth
