Tonnes and not above ut credit but
this rendent beleeveth that divers of
them were much leaked out some three
or foure inches and some were more ut credit
but what the same did containe this
Rendent doeth not knowe in regard hee
did not gage the same nor can tell what
to beleeve therein And this Rendent fur=
ther beleeveth that after such time as hee
this rendent came and arrived to this
porte of London hee this Rendent did
delier out of the said shipp all the said
Caske and oules which were receaved
in att Legorne aforesaid except such oiles as
were leaked out and spoilt and lost by the insuffficiency
of the said Caske but howe much the
same were this rendent knoweth not
in regard hee did not see the same
measured And further hee referreth
himselfe to the depositions of witnessses
examined on his parte in this cause And
otherwise for his parte hee doeth not
beleeve the said position to bee true in
any parte thereof

of the said oiles brought home in the said shipp
