tradeing voyadge to certaine ports and
places beyond the Seas and soe backe
againe to this porte of London and
was to pay them the severall and re=
spective wages mentioned in the said
schedule annexed to this rendents An-
swers And noe more ut credit And other
wise for his parte hee doeth not beleeve the
said position to bee true in any parte thereof
To the third perused position hee answereth
and beleeveth that the time arlate this
rendent did hire and agree with the said
Treleague Sumpter and Companye
mentioned in the schedule annexed to
his this Rendents Answers by the moneth
for a voyadge from hence to Russia and
from thence to Legorne and soe to any
other lawfull ports or places where this
Rendent should find imployment for the said
shipp And otherwise for his parte hee doeth
not beleeve the said position to bee true in
any parte thereof/
To the 4th perused position hee answereth
and beleeveth That the said Treleague
and the rest of the marriners mentioned
in the schedule annexed to this rendents
