seized[?] as this deponent beleiveth came into the possession of the parties that
seized[?] the sayd shipps, and by them since[?] that tyme brought into the River of
Thames. And further he cannot depose.
To the eighth he saith that the arlate ffrancis du Bois is by common reputation
a ffleming by birth, and hath for theis three yeares now past that this deponent
hath knowne him lived and kept his family att Cadiz in Spaine. And he saith
that he is a subiect of the King of Spaine and comonly accounted -
reputed and taken. And otherwise he cannot depose.

over against the Shambles neere unto the new street in Cadiz. And otherwise
