IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I Thomas ffinch of London Merchant being in perfect health minde and memory thanks be to God therefore and calling to minde the fraile estate of mankind and now especially that I am agoeing a Journey and yoyage into Ireland and to prevent any Law suites or difference that may arise betweene my relations about the disposeing of my estate which God of his infinite mercy Hath been gratiously pleased to give mee in this life I doe therefore declare this to bee my last will and Testament and Committing my Soule to God who gave it trusting in the meritts of my Blessed Saviour Christ Hesus to obtaine odon for all my Sinns and to see my God in the Land of the Liveing my body I Committ to the earth to be decently buried as my Executors shall thonke convenient, and them whom I desire to take this trouble and to see that this my will be complied with is my Brother M:r George ffinch and my nephews M:r Henry and M:r Thomas ffinch whom I appointed my Executors viz:t
