2. the said John Weekes further deposeth that hee sawe the summe
3. of foure hundred and fiftie pounds sterling really paid on the
4. behalf of the said Jacob Luce and Charles Corsellis, to the use

20. Whereas on the tenth of June last hee hath in this Court made
21. affidavit touching goods laden ˹...˺ aboard the ...... shipp the Victory of
22. Saint Malo's, John Gaultier Commander, for the account of
23. John Jaques fforné and others, (as by the said affidavit whereunto
24. hee referreth it to be seene) Now hee saith and deposeth that hee
25. hath lately received .. a lettere of advice from his correspondents
26. Michaell Charpentier and John Reynault Merchants of Paris,
27. and there dated the 11th of this instant (new stile) wherein they
28. write that there is laden for their account upon the said shipp
29. the Victory at the Barr of Cadiz six bales of Roane linnens

31. foure peaces of bombarzin of hamborough to be carried in the said
