master Richard Rich Reche steward of the Corporation aforesayd in
the yeares 1654 and knoweth that shee their lay suncke halfe full of
water without any rigging or stanchens or cables and only a peece of a mast
and her fore hull which) then in this deponents judgment was
in soo suffered a condition that it was fittes to be broken up then fitted out to sea And further to this
article hee cannot depose./
