upon the Port of Pensance in Cornewall Smith}
Examined upon an Allegation on the behalfe of
the said Peter Ceely./

aged 23. yeares or thereabouts a Wittnes sworne and
examined./:
To the first article of the said Allegation hee saith and deposeth, That hee
well knoweth the Vessell the Pieter arlate, and hath so knowne her for
about 18. moneths last ast, during which time the arlate Peter Ceely, and
Alexander Penhellick of holston in Cornewall were and at present ought
