Ad 9um dicit that the said William Dennis Silvester [?DXX]
John Buckworth and Company and others aforesaid
Owners of the said shipp and Lading, have suffered
very Great losse and dammage (by reason of the said
seizure) in want of Imployment of their moneyes but
how much hee saith hee cannot Estimate./.
