by the said Captaine hasilgraves order, who caused the said baggs then being<br />
very rotten and defective to be mended with such old canvas and sailes as<br />
hee then had aboard him, And saith hee saw some of the said baggs of<br />
pepper weighed aboard the said shipp before such their delivery, And otherwise<br />

To the first Interrogatorie hee saith hee was one of the shipps Company Interrogated the voyage Interrate<br />

To the second and third Interrogatories hee answereth that it is usuall for Masters of shipps to committ<br />
