Hath X X within these fifty years last past X X ffishermen
commonly of the dayd hundreds and mannor of Ffeversham in the sayd
Court X for the sayd mannor to court or say after money towards the
payment of the sayd yearly amount and pay the sayd and X the X of the sayd X but tooke not too X nothing as to
X what the whole sum X X came to, but hath X to sayd yearly
that is (unknown figures) this hee firther said hee well knoweth William Lifon and
the most of the X allogate and saith they and commonly of the hundreds and mannor
of Ffeversham allogate and hee X him for X
years last past X of them for five years last and some for more and for pay
and common by X and this deponent hath often X them appealed in the
payed effort hold for the mannor and hundreds of Ffeversham as X X

and often first in to grounds in question as commonly of the sayd mannor and

to the first and second author of the sayd allogation hee sayeth and

to slow the groundly arlate and thereby X that their workings for

of Ffeversham or others for them and in their behalf have officially worked the sayd

to prevent ffishermen of other places from coming
to fish for oysters in the sayd grounds, but what it X from weekly for X
doing hee roundant of this knowledge deposeth, hee saith hee hath X some of the
sayd hundereds of Ffeversham mannor and Lord Rill sayeth that it left them X
amongst them all for the tyme they see waters X thirty shillings a X
and X more, and hee further sauth hee never knew that any but the
X of the sayd mannor and hundreds of Ffaversham X were at any X X
to fish the sayd grounds with oystersm or waters X, or X hath any right
to ffish for oysters of other fish in the grounds in question and futher sayd
his forgoing deposition made to the allogation made X the X of court within
